Selena Gomez has just released an emotional first teaser for her upcoming Apple TV+ documentary My Mind and Me, which is set to touch on the ups and downs of her career and private life.
“My Mind and Me. We don’t get along sometimes and it gets hard to breathe,” she captioned a social media post that showed off the trailer. “But I wouldn’t change my life.”
The Alex Keshishian-directed documentary is set to follow Gomez’s life over the last six years. Gomez has faced several health issues over the years: she underwent a kidney transplant in 2017 and has struggled with both lupus and her mental health.
As for her career over the last few years, Gomez has released two albums: Revival in 2015 and Rare in 2020. She also voiced Mavis Dracula in the Hotel Transylvania film series, stars in Only Murders in the Building, and starred in her cooking show Selena + Chef.
In the 30-second teaser, a series of scenes of Gomez flash across the screen. "every breath," text across the screen reads, "a breakthrough."
Selena: My Mind and Me will premiere on Apple TV+ on November 4.
