John Legend is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, activist, pianist, and actor. Legend has released 6 studio albums and has done numerous guest appearances on songs, including Kanye West's "All of the Lights" and Slum Village's "Selfish."
Legend is a largely decorated artist as he received the Hal David Starlight Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame and is one of 15 people and the first black man to have won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. Legend is also the second youngest to achieve the EGOT status.
