Live365's "Featured Spotlight Station" this week is Cleansing 60's along with its sister stations Cleansing 70's and Cleansing 2000's! We spoke with Tally Pond about their setup, what listeners can expect to hear, and some of their favorite songs. Check out the interview below!
What brought you to Live365?
We came to Live365 for the licensing and an opportunity to expand our reach.
What's your studio like?
We run everything from a laptop, with connections to our website that stream everything from Centova Cast. Spots are recorded on a mic plugged in to the laptop. It's very simple, but so powerful.
What can listeners expect when they tune in to your station?
Listeners can expect clean music from the 60s on Cleansing 60's, and similarly, they'll find clean music from the 70s and 2000s on its sister stations.
What has been your favorite moment as a DJ/Station Manager so far?
The best part is hearing listeners' reactions to our stations and the music we play. It has been such a positive experience.
What is the best concert you've ever attended, and why?
The Doobie Brothers with Kansas as the opening act.
What artist (dead or alive) would you love to see live, but haven't had the chance to see?
