Grammy Museum to Open Photography Exhibit Featuring RZA, Ringo Starr, & More
The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles is set to display 41 of photographer Richard Ehrlich's close-up images from his Face the Music book. Opening Sept. 12, the exhibit will feature artists, like Michael Bublé, Sheryl Crow, Quincy Jones, Iggy Pop, RZA, and Ringo Starr, listening to their favorite songs.
"It was an incredibly fulfilling once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, personally and professionally, to capture some of the world's most iconic musicians while they listened to their favorite songs," says Ehrlich in a statement. "It is a dream come true to now showcase these photographs at the GRAMMY museum."
"Face The Music" promises to offer an inside look "at how artists feel emotionally while listening to music of their choice." The images will be accompanied by a description as well as information on what each musician was listening to.
The exhibit will be open through Jan. 6, 2020. Tickets for "Face The Music" are available here.
