Siblings Willie and Bobbie Nelson have announced that they've been co-writing a new memoir, Me and Sister Bobbie: True Tales of the Family Band, and it will hit shelves on Sept. 15.
The 288-page book will tell of their sibling bond from both perspectives as Willie and Bobbie take turns telling their story through alternating chapters. With assistance from music biographer Davie Ritz, the memoir will tell of their difficult childhood, the various challenges of adulthood, and their experience performing together for over 45 years.
