Taking place Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, over 350 radio stations in 26 countries will participate in a 24-Hour Global Marathon on the World College Radio Day station exclusively streaming on Live365!
Organized by the College Radio Foundation, the day is dedicated to harnessing the combined listenership of hundreds of thousands of college radio listeners throughout the world and celebrating the important contribution of college radio.
This year, which marks the 9th annual College Radio Day, the theme is "Hear It First," which highlights how students create unique programming and content on college radio that is important to them and not heard on any other medium.
World College Radio Day 2019 also recently announced that four-time Grammy award winners The Black Keys have been named the official 2019 Ambassadors for College Radio Day.
