Beyoncé has finally confirmed she will be touring in support of her latest album, Renaissance.
The tour is set to begin in Europe in May, with dates in Canada and the United States from early July through late September. Stops will include Stockholm, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Toronto, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Las Vegas, Houston, New Orleans, and more.
The upcoming tour will be Queen Bey's first since her 2018 co-headlining On the Run II Tour with Jay-Z behind their collaborative album, Everything Is Love. It will be her first headlining tour since 2016’s Formation World Tour behind the critically-acclaimed Lemonade.
Beyoncé hinted at a world tour in late October, during the fifth annual Wearable Art Gala. The raffle included “a UNIQUE experience” – valued at $20,000 – to see her on the Renaissance Tour.
Renaissance arrived July 29, rising swiftly to #1 on the Billboard 200 and marking Beyoncé’s seventh record to top the albums chart. It is her first project in which there will be a three-part series, she has indicated.
In other Beyoncé news, she recently performed at the opening of a new luxury resort in Dubai, but did not play any Renaissance material at the private concert. It was her first live performance since 2020. Additionally, the artist is nominated for nine honors at the 2023 Grammy Awards – including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “Break My Soul,” Album of the Year, and more.
Ticketing for the Renaissance World Tour begins February 6, starting with an exclusive pre-sale to BeyHive members. There are several pre-sale ticket options for Beyoncé fans. Verified fan registration for North American dates is available on beyonce.livenation.com. Citi cardmembers will also have access to a pre-sale. Verizon Up members can buy pre-sale tickets here.
