For the third year in a row, Live365 is proudly the official media partner of Fantasy Faire, which will take place April 20-May 7, 2023.
A benefit for the American Cancer Society, Fantasy Faire is the largest gathering of fantasy designers, enthusiasts, roleplayers and performers in the virtual world of Second Life®. Last year they achieved their highest total raised yet: $103,339! And this year, due to the successes of the event, they have extended the Faire from 10 days to 18 days!
Throughout the duration of the event, Fantasy Faire Radio – exclusively on Live365 – will be broadcasting across the Fairelands and beyond. Offering an eclectic mix of music, you’ll hear traditional and medieval tunes, powerful fantasy soundtracks from movies, TV shows, and games, mystical New Age tracks, and much more that defies categorization. Also stay informed about all the latest Faire happenings with the Fairelands Daily Roundups, hear news about the work of the American Cancer Society, and have front row seats to everything Fantasy Faire has to offer!
Starting April 20, there will be shopping, dance and theater performances, DJ parties, auctions, questing, a Literary Festival, fantasy art, events, and roleplaying as thousands of Second Life residents and creators bring their own visions together to support the American Cancer Society’s vision of a world without cancer.
