Center Stage on Live365 this week is RadioC5 - "Energetic Encouragement" - bringing encouragement through energizing Christian music with powerful lyrics written by inspiring artists. We spoke with the station manager about their history with radio, their station's programming, and we got some music recommendations. Check out the interview below!
What made you get started in radio?
I always knew from a really young age I wanted to own a radio station. I started RadioC5 because I wanted to see if I could set up a station, and play around with different tools.
What brought you to Live365?
Live365 is a very easy way to set up a fully licensed station.
What's your favorite part about running your own radio station?
I love how the music I play can make a positive impact on my listeners.
Tell us about your station's programming. What can listeners expect when they tune in to your station?
RadioC5 plays a Christian rock/alternative format, with energizing Christian music featuring powerful lyrics written by inspiring artists. RadioC5 also has 2 special shows over the weekend currently:
- Movement Radio (Saturday 5-6pm CT): playing EDM Christian music and remixes
- Christian Music Rewind (Sunday 8-10pm CT): a 2-hour dedication to Christian music's past
