For months, a Twitter account by the name of weezer cover africa by toto (@WeezerAfrica) campaigned for Weezer to, well, cover "Africa" by Toto.
Initially the band released an upbeat version of Toto's "Rosana" rather than the desired "Africa."
But it turns out there's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do, and Weezer blessed the rains with a cover of "Africa" back in May.
Since then, we've been wondering if Toto would cover a Weezer song. Well, they did! Toto recently covered none other than Weezer's "Hash Pipe."
